MKDM Studio Private Limited was established in 2017 by Mr. Mandar Kelkar and Ar. Dipti Kulkarni. Located in Pune, our multidisciplinary Architecture and Project Management Consultancy specializes in delivering integrated solutions across Architectural Design, Urban planning, and Project Management. PROJECT ARCHITECT

Ar. Dipti Kulkarni (M.Arch.), serves as the Principal Director of the firm and is a distinguished architect leading the Design Team. With over 18 years of extensive experience in Master Planning, Housing, Urban Design, Hospitality, Institutional, Healthcare, and Commercial Design, she adheres to design principles that prioritize the welfare of end users, communities, and clients. Her expertise constitutes a valuable asset to the firm, with a strong emphasis on enhancing human experience in her design practice. By advocating for the needs and aspirations of clients and future residents, she effectively leads collaborative teams in creating inviting spaces that fulfil fundamental human needs and evoke joy in those who inhabit or utilize them.

Ar. Dipti Kulkarni embodies a relentless "can-do attitude" and demonstrates a steadfast commitment to hard work. Mr. Mandar Kelkar, in his capacity as Director, brings extensive expertise, holding degrees in Professional Engineering and postgraduate studies in Project and Architectural Management. With over 27 years of experience, he seamlessly integrates building science with collaborative problem-solving to deliver projects that are tailored to the needs of clients and users, while effectively navigating environmental, functional, and construction challenges. As a strong advocate for integrated design, sustainability, and interdisciplinary teamwork, his leadership fosters a comprehensive understanding of projects and drives collaborative success.

In his role as a leader of multidisciplinary teams, Mr. Mandar Kelkar brings complex, large-scale projects to fruition. He prioritizes the service aspect of his work, consistently aligning with clients’ goals and expectations. As both a collaborator and coordinator, he guides teams to maintain focus and empowers stakeholders to contribute ideas, ensuring collective achievement with maximum positive impact.
